Where is the fuel pump relay located on a 1992 ford tempo?
The fuel pump relay is part of a large relay control unit called the IRCM (intagrated relay control module)
The module is about 6"x4"x2" and has gobs of wires (large retangular connector) coming out of it, the module is mounted on a bracket under the hood that is bolted to the top of the driver's side front strut tower, this module can be self tested by a dealer to see if it is bad, they seldom fail, I am a Ford dealer tech and have only replaced 2 in 20 years, Tempo does however have a fuel pump issue..

Check in steering column area near EEC module also. You know about inertia switch too right? What problem are you having?
