Have 97 gmc suburban. Has a jerk to it when I'm crusein on highway and from time to time seems as if im hitting a bunch of little bumps an it boggs down. I let off gas it stops what could this b?

Could be the fuel filter. Watch the speed it happens. IE.. Ok at 50 MPH, hit 60 MPH it starts jerking. Clogged filers will give the pressure need, just not the volume of fuel need at higher speeds.

I have a 97 jimmy and it does good till your up to speed (anything over 50) it starts to studder when gas is evened out (not gaining or losing) but fine when you give it more gas or let off

If the check engine light is on, you should check for trouble codes first.
The first thing that comes to mind is the EGR valve. It could be opening when it should not.
Another thing is a regular cylinder miss. The transmission is going into overdrive at 45-50 mph which puts extra load on the engine. If you speed up it downshifts into 3rd which gives the engine more power. A regular miss could be ignition or a fuel injector.

My 96 grand cherokee studders and stalls when i come to a stop and when i hit the gas to start driving again it studders . it feels as if the fuel is not getting by

Check the fuel filter, then, if you feel like it's a problem with fuel. It sounds to me, though, like it's probably the EGR (this regulates how the leftover gas vapor gets re-introduced into the gas mix). Check the air filter while you're at it. You might also end up replacing the mass airflow sensor.

You may need to give the MAF a small shot of carb cleaner across the inside air flow vane. The small wire like elements sometimes get dirty and cleaning them will do wonders.

possible but sounds like you have a misfire occurring is your check engine light on if so this will give you a code determining which cylinder it is occurring on.i would start out with new plugs and wires especially if you know they have not been done lately

Hi i have nissan 2001, consuming lot of fuel,

Take your foot of the gas. Fast starts ie speeding away from stops and starts burns more fuel.
Make sure your air filter is clean to allow proper fuel air mix ratio. If dirty replace it.
Lighten your load.Don't carry around a lot of dead weight in your truck. The heavier the load the more gas used.
Use a 91 or higher octane gas, this gas will burn hotter and give you more power thus again needing to step on the throttle less to create momentum
Try to maintain speed limit. speeding cost more.
