Before we both knock ourselves out with fuel injector testing. Hook up a Digital voltmeter (DVM) to upstream O2 sensor and lets see how she is burning. Remember positive lead of DVM to signal wire and negative lead to ground. Anything above 550 mV is rich anything below 350mV is lean. Be mindful that an exhaust leak the size of a pin hole in this region can cause a rough idle. A healthy reading should bounce between 550mV and 350 mV.
Next to test is O2 is working block off air in take making mixture rich and see what O2 says about it . Then pull off a vacuum hose (a lean condition) and see if DVM drops to 200to 300mV's.
Keep me posted.
Well your problem is that its running lean most of the time. Lean for too long and she runs rough. Now whats making her run lean ? Defective O2 sensor possibly. its should fluctate from lean to rich.
What I was trying to show you is if you cut down the air intake the vehicle should run rich .This is a means of checking that O2 sensor.

it is running lean. running between 200-350 mv. if i restrict the return line a little it runs fine. But cant leave or will burn up pump. tested fuel pressure. tested good 37 at idle. vacuum on. 44 vacuum off. i dont quite understand the next test about blcok off air to intake? it will stall,
when hooked up to scan tool watching values, the map was around 236 fluctuating and when running bad it went up to 300+ if that helps. also has run fine for hours at a time with no problems
it runs so rough at times that it stalls it self out. pulled plugs, looked a hair on lean side (all of them)
