This is a common problem on these radios. if you are good with electronics, you can remove the radio from the car and disassemble the faceplate, and solder in new LEDs if they are burnt, sometimes there are broken cold solder connections that need to be repaired. or, you can remove the radio and take it to an electronics repair shop - i have brought several in, usually costs $50 - $80 to repair. another thought - many people compare the cost of repairing to the cost of replacing with a higher quality aftermarket radio, and go that way. good luck!
