you will need to find out why, is it bad spark plug wires or a vacuum leak or injector problems, start by checking the spark plugs and wire first, replace them or swap with another cylinder to see if the misfiire move to the cylinder you swaped with and if it does then you know its a wire or plug, i would start there and if it has been a while since a tune up then i would just install new spark plugs and wire set.

i believe there is one but is your engine built to handle the extra boost?

I would do a Google search on this. If you add a turbo you must make many other changes to the engine management system, bigger capacity fuel injectors, hight capcity fuel pump, different cylinder head gaskets improvements to the transmission and so on. You can't just bolt it on.

Cylinder #1 is the front cylinder on the passenger side. The firing order is 1-3-4-2. Cylinders 1 and 3 are on the passenger side, 2 and 4 on the drivers. The plug wires go to the coils just as the cylinders sit; #1 front passenger, #3 back passenger, #2 front driver, and #4 back passenger.

Cylinders are 1-3 on the LEFT side front to back and 2-4 are on the RIGHT side standing at the FRONT of the engine.

go have your catalatic converter checked, it may be plugged causing your car to suffocate when you accelerate

coil is electrical test coil first to see if its putting out power or is burnt out also check fed to coil that its not grounding or has a break in wiring

If your'e standing at the front of the vehicle, #2 is the first cylinder on the right side.

Could be bad coils, or someone switched the two wires if it has wires.
