The brake lights on 1990 toyota camery not working all 3 are out.. have replaced all blubs, fuse, and brake pedel switch can anyone help any suggestions?

Those Toyotas have a bulb check unit, usually located inside the trunk, bolted near one of the taillights. If it goes bad and the circuit board inside fries, the taillights will not come on at all. Have it checked out.

Look under the dash on drivers side .There is an electrical brake light switch mounted to the brake pedal lever.Should be two wires going to it.Unhook the connector and check for voltage. You should have 12 volts on one wire.Jump the two wires over with a paper clip,if the brake lights come on replace the brake light switch...Good Luck...
