cars seldom idle rough when warming up if the injectors and electronics are in good condition
P0300 refers to random misfires which is the rough idle when warming up
the history in the fault codes is the fault report generated but not maintained as the fault rectifies itself
the ses is probably telling you to service the system--clean the injectors , fuel filter or check fuel pressure
CODE SCAN VECHICLE SOUND LIKE SEVERE CYLINDER MISFIRE, COULD HAVE BAD SPARK PLUGS OR WIRES.BAD IGNITION COILS,COULD HAVE DIRTY FUEL INJECTORS,SLIGHTLY CLOGGED FUEL FILTER MANY THINGS WILL CAUSE MISFIRE BUT CODE SCAN VECHICLE SEE WHAT CAUSING ENGINE MISFIRE.
The P0304 indicates the #4 cylinder is misfiring. The flashing light means the cylinder is not firing at all...It could be several things causeing it, coil, wires, plug, injector or vacuum leak. Do not drive your vehicle until you have this repaired, as it will lead to further more costly problems. Good luck, i hope this helps.
Most likely the coils. Easiest way to check is swap them with another cylinder, start it, pull the plug wire connecter and if it doesn't change the engine the coil is bad. If it is the injector, then you can check it with an ohm meter. Touch the leads in the injector it should read 11 to 15 ohms. if you need help let me know.

using injector cleaner is your best bet. I recomend lucas or seafoam injector cleaner. You might want to replace your fuel filter first if you have not already done so. Hope this helps.
