That is a separate fault. P0345 is definitely the Camshaft Position Sensor and should not be related to the transmission. Did you clear the code with a Code Scan Tool?

Since P0345 refers to a circuit issue, get the wiring diagram and check the circuit before assuming you have a bad sensor. If the circuit checks out, then consider replacing the sensor. I am not sure what "slip n tcs" means but on the 2005 nissan maxima the code P0340 is for the camshaft position sensor circit on bank 1, which is in the rear of the engine compartment. Code P0345 is for camshaft position on bank 2, which is in the front of the engine compartment. The images show the Cyl banks and a cam sensor.
