Depends on the weather, if its under100 degrees ferenheight 10w30 and if its over 100 degrees ferenheight you need 10w 40 high mileage any type of motor oil will do.

A car with over 75k requires a slightly heavier oil so i would reccommend using 20/50,best you can afford.
