Get your ECM replaced. Usually it's next to battery or inside front fenders. The rain must have shorted out connections and fried ECM. Engine will sputter until it is done. Usually autozone, advance auto, or dealer has ECM.

Po302 po304 po307 po171 codes are showing up, any ideas?

PO 301 thru PO 308 are engine cylinders with possible
misfires & bad coils

PO 171 is a lean condition on Bank# 1 oxygen sensor

If the front or upstream sensor are over 100,000 miles, change
them as preventative maintenance

The cylinder misfires have to be diagnosed & tested any of
several ways,professionally for the most part

It is P0202 and P0302
P0202 - Fuel Injector Circuit Malfunction Cylinder 2
Most likely cause a failed fuel injector or shorted wiring harness.
P0302 is a misfire in cyinder #2 from the injector problem.

Po316, po 300, po301, po305 2004 ford freestar

These codes are making me lean towards the ignition coil pack.My stepson's 2001 Sable 3.0 v6 had one cylinder misfiring(5-code P0305),which shares a coil with cylinder 1(code P0301).I diagnosed it by trading wire 1 and 5 at the coil,and the code changed to P0301.You have codes for the two cylinders on the same coil,so this is most likely it.(these codes would also trigger P0300(Multiple Misfires Detected) and P0316(Misfire Detected First 1000 Revs)).

Have a 03 ford focus and seems like i have the codes po 302 and po 316 not sure what could be the problem or what i can do to fix it?

Why is that?
You had the codes pulled,you don't know what they are?

PO302--Misfire on cylinder # 3
Po 316--Disregard,Misfire first 1000 Revolutions.

The PO300 code is random/multiple cylinder misfire detected. Sinsc you have the code PO302, that means that cylinder 2 is the one misfiring, usually a bad coil pack, or spark plug.

Clean the EGR valve seat. The EGR may have become stuck. A good way to check for vacuum leaks is to use smoke near every intake vacuun hose . And near the intake manifold. The valve will **** in the smoke. If you clean the EGR valve and it still misses. Replace it. The EGR can cause random misfire.

2005 Taurus Program Codes PO 300 and PO 316

P0300 maens random multiple cylinder misfire.
When was the last time the car was tuned.
Check plugs and plug leads are O.K
also check that fuel cap is on tight.

I don't think you understand the excellent info provide to you.

While it is good to have spark plugs that aren't in the motor for years, they are not your issues,alone

Are you aware, that fuel additive will do absolutely nothing for your
vehicle.

You have several codes set ,that point to a misfire. You need a professional trained technician to work on your vehicle
