Hi my 91 oldsmobile ninty-eight 3800 v6 wont start after i turned it off this happend b-4 and i just would get a boost but this last time i got a boost from a portable charger the battery exploded so i bought a new one and get a message of the key needing to be cleaned all tha lights inside work ,when i turn the key to start it nothing

You can take the egr solenoid apart and clean the bottom of the solenoids to fix it. A failed egr valve will not keep it from starting. Check the fuel pressure, should be around 40.
