Air conditioning problems

I have a 2000 Jaguar S-Type my A/c is blowing warm air. Can I charge it just like I would a chevy??

    You can consult a repairer who can surely solve your problem and get you out of it.Doing something by yourself will be risky for your car.Try to find the right solution.

Like a fridge Air con needs recharging ask if your local garage has the equipment

Air conditioning blows warm at idle cool when driving
hello there:
you may have a blockage in the system and then again it could also be low on freon and may just need to recharge and i would suggest taking it to an a/c repair shop and have them do a diagnosis on the a/c system it should not be more than about $150 for them to check system and recharge the system unless you have other problems hope this helps you out please leave a review thanks sincerely D.Jones

hi, you will probably find that you need to get it re gassed this can be done at most garages they will charge a fee for doing this but it will solve your problem

Air con only works for 5 minutes then goes warm on my jaguar x type 2.0 petrol 2003
Hi, it sounds like an undercharged condition.Locate your ac compressor and watch the end of the pump shaft(clutch).If the clutch isnt turning while it is blowing warm,check the pressure in the system.Low charge will cause the clutch to disengage.It does this because the pressure switch isnt meeting the requirments to close the circuit to the compressor clutch..Good Luck!!!Dont forget to rate my answer...Thank You
