How do i reset the alarm system

I need to know how to reset the alarm on this 1998 Chrysler Town and country it . I had to remove the battrie when i was replacing the tranning and know the thing for some reason it shut's down after idaling for about 30/40 min and then it wont restart it will crank and crank but nothing until i leave it for about 30/40 min then it will fire right up till i try to do it again and it will die even changed the coil pack thinking it was bad but then i found out that alot 98 town and country owners was having the same thing and herd that it was the alarm system help
