99 kia sportage 2.0 ltr motor will idle but wont acellerate

Good morning, the 1 and 2 fuses get hot and it won't start, did I change them and started. Well for a while now they warmed up again, I changed them, and did not start. motor is a 1999 kia sportage 2.0

Hi my kia sportage 2.0ltr diesel dont rev over 1000 then cut out. What can i do

P0505: Idle Air Control Valve System fault, Code P0505
-Vacuum leak
-Dirty throttle body
-IAC motor defective
-Poor electrical connection to the IAC valve, hope this helps and good-day !

Is this all you need or the timing marks too?

try checking tps_throttle posistion sensor or idle speed control sensor.

Look on the shifter lever,just bellow the push button. There is another push button there. That's the one you press or depress to keep the transmission on 3rd. gear. Just press it again and the hold light should come off.

should be straight back from oil dip stick pull up on it dont forget to leave car idleing for five min.and while car is running check dip stick.

check vacuum hoses to shift motors .check the shift linkages. also check shift motors.

had the same problem....broken spark plug. try replacing your plugs.
