Check brake fluid, also could be wheel speed sensor, try washing the wheels out real good and be sure to look behind wheel to see if any wires are hanging loose.
If not you need to have brake system checked

Feels like rear end in bouncing or shutter when braking only thru 25 to 20 mph do not feel anything in the brake pedal. only for that 5mph. 2004 Dodge ram 4x4 short wheel base

check brake pads /shoes for lining thickness if drums check for ovality in the drums surface or disc condition
check rear end suspension rubbers and shockys.
check for correct operation of the brake portioning valve as the condition may be from the rear wheels locking up
if it has ABS braking it may be the braking action , a combination of the items to be checked that is causing the problem

Traction control night and brake light on 2008 trailblazer

First, check to see if your ABS and your TCS fuses are good. A lot of times, if both lights come on, it senses a failure in the braking system. Your vehicle will disable the abs if it finds a problem in the braking system, hence the red brake light/hand brake light coming on in the dash. Get a code scanner that also reads the abs module. You could have a bad wheel sensor, which is tied to your TCS and your ABS system. Either that, or you ABS module could be bad.

I Have a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500.Both the ABS and Brake Lights are on

Hi!!

Did you have the ABS sensors checked ?? The brake fluid level when low also activates the Brake and ABS lights?? Drive truck to an AutoZone store and ask to have computer codes scanned. This is a free service for all customers. This will help you to pinpoint the problem.

Good Luck!!

2001.5 Dodge Ram Diesel 2500 4x4 Brake Pedal drops to floor

It sounds like you have a bad mastercylinder cause when you panic brake it doesn't have time to bleed through the valve in the cylinder but under normal braking your foot is on pedal longer in turn giving the fluid time to bypass the valve in the mastercylinder in turn the pedal going to the floor.

I have a 1999 ram 4x4...the brake and abs lights are on..the speedo works fine...the brakes are kinda mushy but the truck stops fine. The brake fluid level is also ok...any ideas?

Brake light probably means that either your pads are low (if your truck has wear sensors in the pads) or that you have a brake/taillight bulb out. The ABS light is because either you have an ABS/wheelspeed sensor that's gone bad or the ABS actuator is bad. That should be able to be cleared up with a scan of the car's computer. If the module is bad, it's usually very expensive to buy one. Check out www.modulemaster.com - many of the guys in the Audi world that I know have had ABS modules rebuilt for $200 or less, and returned within a couple days, with a warranty. They have a great reputation.
