v6 or v8? v6 should take 2.2 hours, v8 should take only 2 hours to replace waterpump, replace coolant. water pump replacement is not an amateur job, please be careful ....
This instruccions are for supercharged and non supercharged engines, if your engine is not supercharged disgreggard steps 4 and 8
.
To replace the alternator, remove or disconnect the following:
1 Negative battery cable2. Air intake assembly3. Cooling fan assembly4. Supercharger drive belt, if equipped5. Accessory drive belt6. Alternator air intake ducting7. Alternator wiring connectors8. Supercharger water pump, if equipped9. Alternator

To Remove BELTS :
Drive Belt : Disconnect battery ground cable Remove wheel and tire Detach accessory drive belt detention drive belt detach accessory drive belt Remove accessory drive belt slacken the tensioner remove accessory belt drive
Install in reverse order
WATER PUMP BELT :
Remove battery tray Remove water pump belt De-tension water pump belt Remove water pump belt
