If you mean the steering wheel is locked, the solenoid that disengaged the lock ring under your steering wheel may be bad. Take it in since there's an airbag in there and some cars have very specific de-energize procedures for them. If you mean the whole vehicle won't go back or forth, you could have low transmission fluid, a bad transmission pump or a bad shift solenoid in the transmission.
low speed activation of abs[will not set off code ] can also do brake studder without touching brake usually does it under 5 mph the problem is one of the sensors is dirty or has some corrosion on it ===chevy back in 2000 did a partial recall on the tahoe for the same problem the fix was to remove the sensor and clean it if the corrosion was to bad than sensor was replaced === the problem with no code is u dont know which sensor is causing problem u would need to remove both and check them
that bolt is a limit for the pedal travel, your problem is one of the wheel speed sonsor going bad,to know wich one is bad you have to get the system scanned for the ABS codes, there you will know the one to get and replace,
there most likely is a wheel speed senser probablem, the best way to fix it would be to take it to a hyundai dealer unfortunatly they can hook up a computer and tell what is wrong ion about 5 min.
