I don't want to leave you hanging out there but you would be better off buying the repair manual for this repair.
You will have a little more to do if it is 4X4, But the jest of it is, first if it is 4X4, remove the nut that hold the CV axle into the hub, the wheel comes off, brake caliper is unbolted and moved out of the way, then the brake support bracket, then slide the spline of the CV inside the hub, Then remove the four bolts that hold the hub to the spindle. Then reverse for reassembly. Note: The hub may be rusted to the spindle so you may want to try soaking that area with a good penetrating oil.
Remember the repair manual. You will need it for the torque specs. for the hub, the brakes, the lug-nuts, and the nut for the CV.
No not really. I think if you have an Auto-zone or Sears near by you will be fine. Plus Auto-Zone rents tools for free. You will need 3/8" and 1/2" drive, metric sockets both shallow and deep. Six points should be fine (do check the bolts that hold the hup to the spindle, they might be twelve point). I think it is a 36mm deep socket for the nut on the CV., a torque wrench (1/2"drive), A good size ball-peen hammer, good penetrating oil (spray), a good floor jack and floor stand, a good drop-light, rags, emery cloth, and knee-pads. When I replace the axle halves, I run the Nut off till it is level with the shaft end. THen take a piece of wood and set it across the shaft and hit the wood with a hammer. Usually only takes one or two hits and pops right out.Then I remove the nut and finish removal . Hope this helps, Good luck and have a great day.

if you have basic knowledge you should be able to carry out this job yourself. you will probably need to ring a dealership and ask very kindly if you could have the torque settings for the nuts and bolts ect.
