I have a 1991 Buick Regal. The turn signals work but the high beam and now my digital speedometer is not working. Can you send us suggestions on fixing the problem.

Have you tried wiggling the turn signal lever when the problem occurs? I have seen multiple cases where the wiring inside the headlight high beam/turn signal switch melts and causes the problem you are describing. If you can wiggle the high beam/turn signal switch and CAUSE the problem, you have a defective high beam/turn signal switch.
Pull back on the turn signal switch. If it does not stay engaged, replace the turn signal switch. I would get it from a junk yard because they are around $300 new.
pull on the signal lever toward you (ceter position). the signal lever controls the head lights either high beam or low beam. if you pull on the signal lever toward you again, you will have high beam temporarily. and if you push the signal lever towards the front, you will have the high beam locked.
