Replace the blade and the blade holder. These days everything but the arm gets changed....and gone are the days of just replacing the rubber...

Wiper blade or arm? If you just need to replace the wiper blade it should just unclip from the arm. There is a small clip inside the blade if you look inside the arm as it loops around. Pry it inward to get it to snap out. Then just reinsert it the same way to reinstall

These are available at the dealership. There is one way though. You can get a 21" RAIN X wiper and i just cut it down to size. The grooves on a RAIN X will fit up to your rear wiper. As far as replacing it although it looks more difficult at first glance it it every bit as simple as the front wiper blades. It's a simple pop off. You can also just change rubber wiper and leave the actual blade alone. the rear is a mini blade style (this refers to the size of the rubber insert in the blade, not the actual whole blade being small.) You can replace the rubber using an Amcor blade or any "mini" blade. Puchase the biggest one they have, take out the rubber wiper and just cut to size. You can change the rubber many times off of one blade thus saving you a bunch of money.

2008 Saturn Vue rear wiper blade: Pop off the cover over the bolt that comes out of the rear window. Unscrew the nut. Now you can remove the assembly. Give the old wiper a tug and pull it out. Snap in a new 11-inch wiper. Replace the assembly, bolt and cover.

any auto parts store-even wal-mart sells the wiper blades they are a standard length and clip into place most auto stores can assist u as how to put one one--prices run from cheap $ 3.00 to extreme condition $10.00

Go to autozone and buy a wiper blade. Ask them to help you install it. Usually they will do it for you. Walmart will sometimes do it for you too

Why do it!! Most Auto stores will do it for FREE, if you buy the blade from them. They come out in the parking lot & change the rear for you. BUt if you want to lift the litttab on the blade where the arm meets the blade & slide towards the arm. Belive it a 16in blade. $10 cost for rear.
