Drive Belt/Belts ARE Loose, And After this Screeching Noise they MUST BE REPLACED and TIGHTEND PROPERLY. The Belt/s is SLIPPING and Causing this Noise Once they Slip like this it Causes there Surface to Become SLICL and this is NOT the Surface you Want on ANY BELT, The Prefered Surface is a Pure RUBBER Surface one that is More STICKY , this Allows the Belt to Have a Good GRIP on the PULLEYS. The Belts TENTION ADJUSTMENT is Important here as this Adjustment Done Correctly Will NOT ALLOW the Belt to SLIP.
It sounds like you have a belt or pulley problem, or possibly a bad bearing in the alternator, or water pump. I would suggest, having it looked at, by a mechanic right away.
