Fist thing ... manually put crank at top dead centre number one cylinder
put socket on crank bolt , turning clock wise..
there is a mark on crank, align this with the 0 on the cover of the timming cover to crank.
trusting have aready have all timming covers of .
there is a hole at the 12 o clock postion on cam sprocket , take a light and a mirror look threw hole you should see a "u" shape mark if you can see it
it's where you want it.
as long as the mark on the crank is a "0" and the cam is at the "u"
you should be fine to take the t belt off..
loosen off tensioner , carefuly not to move crank/cam.
ones the tensioner is loose slip off belt.
reinstall new belt , make sure you replace tensioner spring , you should of got one with belt.
make sure when installing belt that the slack of the belt is on the back side
this will be taken up by the tensioner.
i hope this helps
really should have a tech do this job , if not properly timmed, coud damage engine, or run rough.
good luck.
