Are you looking at the fuse box under the hood? Not there. Remove the back seat bottom (really easy) and you will find one or two different fuse boxes there. The diagram for the radio fuse location is located on the bottom of the cover. Hope this helps you.
Are you buying junk batteries? if not, why replace them, why not recharge them, and find out what is drawing on the battery? There are many possibilities. Find a qualified repair shop and have them test for a battery draw.
