It is so easy that the service manual does not bother to list instructions on how to replace it. You would simply disconnect the electrical connector, remove the screws from the blower motor housing and remove the blower motor.
I will add however, that I have had a few of these that had purge valves, etc. bolted to the engine valve cover and I had to remove these to provide clearance for the blower to come out.
You'll need to unbolt the tracks from the door. The window regulator and motor are often riveted to the door inner panel. There is no way of opening up the door. You just have to move stuff around to get it out.

Those service windows are lit by tiny halogen lamps. Unfortunately, they can be a bear to get at. You will need to remove the front of the dash to gain access to the lamps. If you decide to do the job, do yourself a favor and replace ALL of the lamps while you have the dash apart.
sounds like you have a faulty blower module. When looking at the blower motor under the hood, the module would be located about 12 inches to the right mounted on the a/c evaporator housing. It has 2 electrical connectors on it
