check the fuse box cover under the left side of the dashboard instrument panel. The fuses should be shown on the cover. Or pull and examine them one at a time (15 amp first) until you find the melted filament....BobB
The Service Engine Soon light has illuminated because the computer has detected a problem with a sensor, actuator, or a system that it monitors. There are literally hundreds of codes and thousands of possibilities.
The first step is to have the computer scanned to see what codes are present. Once you know what codes are present you'll have a much better idea of what is wrong and what needs to be repaired.

They should be in your owners manual. If not you can go to the dealer and they can help you out. If you don't want to go the the dealer and don't have the manual, you can Google your car and you can get the manual online. Hope that helps!
