the custom alarm is stated and its model number, period.

I hope so, it shouldn't be in 4 wheel drive unless you need it, 2 wheel high is where it should be when driving habit are on city streets or highway driving.

Your black ended driver key should open the glove box. The valet key is not made to open it, thats the safty feature in it. There is no overide for the Valet settings, you have to unlock the glove box with Driver (master or black) key and turn the Valet switch off. Also the Valet switch does not engage the glove box lock so over riding the Valet security wouldnt open it even if you could over ride. If the Valet key would unlock it or was easy to overide then it wouldnt be a very good safety feature. Best of luck, hope you can get it opened.

is this a stock alarm or after market alarm? most after market alarms have a valet switch. to put it in valet mode flip the switch and turn the ignition switch in run mode.

Ususally, this is not a valet issue, suspect items include ALL door switchs, and the drivers control.

first make sure u have the wires correct. You will need to perform a combination of unlocking and locking the door and starting the car do not use the valet key. call or visit your local dealer about the combo.
