I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer Explorer and on the driver seat, the seat warmer will not turn off, also my air conditioner is not working, throws off warm air, and my 2 back power windows don't roll down. I'm wondering if this is all related to a fuse they all share. Please advise.

No absolutely not. Seat warmer switch , relay is defective or you have a short.
A/c system bring it to a shop for repairs UNLESS your a certified HVAC tech or equilivant. You need special equiptment and a permit to purchase and service a/c system in most states.
Power windows .... does the driver side switch make the windows roll down.? If the answer is yes you need two new switches in the rear. If the answer is no then you need two new motors in the rear.

Lost of heating after 40 minutes of driving.

You have a dual range HVAC system. It has two blend doors in the HVAC box, and only the blend door for the driver's side is working properly. You will have to troubleshoot, and possibly replace the blend door actuator for the passenger side.

2008 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Driver Seat moves and light goes on while driving

Most likely a failing driver door latch internal contact switch , GEM module thinks it sees door open and kicks seat back and turns dome lite on. Use of a scanner to access GEM will show codes to verify issue.

2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer rear defog switch stuck on draining battery

The switch itself is probably bad. You can pop the switch out and unplug the wires to verify. You can pull the fuse to deactivate temporarily. The fuse is probably powering other items too, so find out what else is sharing the fuse.

Where would thr ground be located for the driver power seat in my 2004 Eddie Bauer explorer? I keep blowing the fuse even though the seat motor is good, and the seat moves when I vice the threads.

if you are operating the motor without a load on it ie hooked up the the gear drive for the seat, it could seem good. Look for damaged wiring near the parking brake and under the door sill plate

The lower lumbar support on the driver seat will not hold air. 1994 ford explorer eddie bauer.

the air lumbar is an air bladder in the seat that is inflated by an air pump. Either the Check valve in the pump has failed and not holding air in the baldder, or the bladder has cracked and is leaking. May be possible to find another seat at a junk yard that is the same as yours. Replacing the entire seat is simpler then replacing just the bladder and pump assembly.
