I replaced the brake pads on a '94 Chrysler town and country, I had the rotors turned also, I did not use any anti-vibration substance on the shoes. I hear a clicking noise from front brakes.

The actual bumper is underneath a large section of foam, beneath the bumper cover. Remove bumper cover, lift off foam and all should become clear.

2006 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY HAD A HORRIBLE PULSE IN THE REAR END AND A SMALL PULSE IN THE FRONT

pulsing brake pedals are allmost allways a sign that drum or rotors are not "true" straight smooth in rare cases it can also be an indication that a wheel bearing has a problem as well

Torque for pyutting new rear brakes and rotors on a 2006 Town&Cou

Caliper mounting bracket bolts 125 ft, Caliper guide pins/bolts 26 ft, Brake hose to caliper 35 ft. Wheel lug nuts 100 ft. Wheel speed sensor 115in lbs*** This is for disc rear brakes Teves system. You do know that the rear disc is a Rotor/Drum. The parking brake shoes ride on the inside.

How do you remove the cover of the rear drum brakes?

Not sure of particulars of this vehicle, but normally you must:

1. properly jack & support vehicle.
2. cannot have the emergency brake on, as this will prevent removal.
3. Remove tire.
4. Often, if this is the first time to remove, must remove some small retaining clips on the threads of the lugs. These are for factory shipping only, I usually destroy them in removal & discard.
5. Slide the drum off. Sometimes it requires the drum to be gently worked off if the brake shoes are in close contact with the drum.

Parking brakes replacement.Do you have to pull driveshaft to replace shoes?

No you don't not on the front or rear, if ti is a 4x4 or all wheels drive you might have to if you have to replace a rotor but no. You have some screws that can hold the rotor in place but to pull the pads you remove two bolts holding the caliper on, the rear if it has shoes has to have the screws removed to remove the drum to get to the shoes. if it's Drum brakes the shoes may come apart and make it hard to get to but still pull off.

Right rear window does not open.

Can't find confirmation on that running through BCM,(body control module) but I have a suspicion it does, seeing how all door locks, rear window defroster etc are all through the BCM. Might be worth it to remove battery cables, then remove connector to BCM & clean all the connections/contacts good & retry it just to see if that helps in any way.
