I have a 2007 Toyota Sienna LE and have had windshield noise at highway speed with a cross wind. Dealers can't duplicate therefore deny any problem. I've asked that they remove and re-install the w/s but no luck. any body else have this problem or know of a solution. Whistle seems to come from the top centre to top right corner. Thank you

When driving at highway speeds & there is a cross wind with rainy conditions; the wipers vibrate which creats a noise(loud noise, can not hear the radio or other ocupants talking).

Try, to find the type of wiper arms that have the wind deflector
built on it. The theory is the deflector is set at an angle that
the wind puts pressure on the wiper to push the blade to the
windshield??

OR the wiper arm hold down spring is just worn out

Please try an remove the front roof rack. This may be your problem. You likely never use it anyway! Do let me know if this solves your whistle.
