Although the honda monkey 125 only has a 0.66L naturally aspirated engine, it delivers a maximum of 64ps at 8100 RPM, which is close to 1L per 100ps per liter!
Sounds like something wrong with control head
SOURCE: The heater / ac blower
It is the blower resister. I purchasted one at auto zone for $18.00. It is located under the passenger side dash. You need to remove the glove box and the plastic cover under the dash to expose the blower motor. the blower motor resister is right next to the motor. Simply unplug the resister remove the two screws and replace. I did this and now my fan works on all speeds.

My daughter has a 99 Beetle GL and the A/C and fan went out. It's the A/C haeadunit that needed to be replaced. The switches short out and you have to replace the whole piece. VW charges about $225 for the part Hope that helps
SOURCE: Fan blower motor
The Canyon has an inherint problem with the Fan Power cable being loose. When I say loose...I'm saying that you need to adjust the wires and then take a zip strip to tighten it up.
Passenger side under the dask are 2 cable hook ups. the one on the farthest right (Only 2 wires going to the plug) is the fan power cable. Jiggle it while the fan is on position number3 so you can hear when it comes on!!!
SOURCE: blower motor in gmc safari will not activate
I had this problem in a s10 blazer, it ended up being a badly corroded ground wire that actually connected to the blower at one of the mounting screws.
