Not starting turning over but not starting.

My 1994 Lexus LS400 is not starting turning over but not starting. Wouldn't start for a couple days. Then one moring it started so I drove it to work shut it off and it wouldn't start again. Then after work went out and it started. Same thing when I got home. I was told the fuel filter? Then I read on here to check to see if it has spark? Is there anything else I should look for? How do you know if the fuel filter is bad?

When you turn on the car can you hear the fuel pump turning on get some one to start the car to the on position and you stand by the gas filler hole and listen if you hear a whirling sound then could be anything from and ignition problem to just a clogged fuel filter if you dont hear the whirling sound it could possibly be your fuel pump

My turn signals stop working on my 1994 Lexus LS400.what could be my problem
If the fuse is ok it could be the hazard warning switch. Turn signal problems are often caused by this little-used switch. Usually working the switch rapidly for a couple of minutes puts matters right, if it doesn't it will be time to go further.

They may fix, but keep in mind that 1994 is non -VVTI and the 1999 is VVTI. (They would have different specs.) Therefore different timing, GL.

My 1988 300 E stops running after 10 min and will not start for 30 min. when cranking the motor to start it sounds like the timing is off
