if it wont turn over 1st check the ground s on the car and the battery 1st. your battery can be fully charged and the car will not start even over night this can happen. then look at the starter. Note: if you have over 109K on the car and the timing belt has never been replaced you will need to have this checked as well.
The basic story here is you have fuel pressure at the injectors but not going thru the injectors. So the next question would be, do you have voltage on one side of the injectors and a ground pulse on the other side from the computer ?
starting fluid is a thing of the past. dont use it. this car doesnt have a carb, its a throttle body/ electronic fuel injection system. you most likely have a fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator issue. test the fuel pressure, should be anywheres from 35-50 psi
The starter fluid needs to be sprayed on the throttle body. This is done for testing the car with starter fluid. If it runs by spraying starter fluid, then most probably the fuel pump is the problem.
If you notice no start problem on your car/.Then there are many other possibilities too.
No start problem. This is many a times caused by weak battery or faulty battery, or can be possible that battery to starter connection is loose or faulty starter itself.First the battery to start and both battery and starter voltage needs to be checked and confirmed. If that is checked ok, then other possibilities like faulty spark plugs, faulty fuel pump etc etc needs to be checked.

This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
the most likely reason is a failed fuel pump, plugged fuel filter or defective fuel regulator-you need to have the fuel line pressure tested-you can get the use (free) of a guage set from most commercial auto parts stores.
fuel filter, fuel pump sonds like it is not getting fuel. Because when you spray starter fluid in it, it started and ran on what little bit of starter fluid you sprayed it with.
