1999 GMC Suburban K1500 4x4 randomly will not start 3 times this week.I just had the egr valve replaced, fuel filter, rotor and cap. 5months ago had an automatic starter put on and once in a while the security light will come on even though they said that with that model it was a starter or security.

Hi,you can re check timing, run compression test,

Remove the vaccume line to the EGR valve and see if it still does it. It may be a bad EGR valve.

Number one reason on a GM vehicle, Fuel pump or
Fuel pump wiring. I would start with checked the fuel pump pressure.
