I have the new motor for my trunk but every time i hook it up it blows the fues

I would take it to a auto store and they can check your battery circuit for free to see what the problem could be they will hook up a tester that will check the circuit out.

the fuel pump is seizing up and drawing excess current. Check with a known good pump.

i cant see all the motors braking at the same time. mostlikely a wire problem or a blown fuse. start by checking all your fuses for a blown one. to check the fues pull it out look through it to see if the metal is broken inside.

Check your fuse panel for a blown fues if there is one blown and it keeps blowing after replacing check for a broken or pinched wire especially in the door jam

More than likely you have an internal fault either in the fan itself or the thermostat that activates it.

For a fuse to blow it has to have a lot higher than normal current draw through it, which is normally refered to as a short. If the fuse blows almost immediately then I would suggest you unplug the fan, and see if the fuse blows with just the thermostat in the circuit. If it blows - replace the thermostat control. If it doesn't blow, plug in the fan and watch it. If it trys to start and then blows the fuse, replace the fan motor.

Have you replaced the blower resistor . some times they can cause the fuse to blow . You may need a muiltmeter to test the current draw on the blower motor circuit. the draw should be less then half of the rated fuse .( 20 amp fues draw is less then 10 amps) You did not say but does the blower work on high only or the lower speeds with out blowing the fuse ? if it does work on low or high with out blowing the fuse i would replace the blower resistor

Common battery drain would be 1. the light under the hood staying on when the hood is closed. 2. The vanity light over the drivers sun shade if there is anything up there that is keeping the vanity shades from closing all the way. 3. pull the fuse to the rear wiper motor, common for the wiper motor to lose it's position and tries to close even when it's already closed. 4 there is a short in your 4wd encoder motor on the transfer case.
Start with the simple and check them all one by one till you have determined where your voltage drain is coming from.

what is that fuse for? If it keeps blowing then it is an indication of a short cicuit in the part/cable/wire for the unit the fuse protects.

have the system check by a locksmith

First I suggest confirm what fuse blowing there and waht circuit and edevices are controled, check some wire broken or bad ground in the line and switch (if have one there).
