I have a 95 Ford probe GT 5 speed 6 cylinder has no spark at all

It looks like Ford integrated your ignition module into your distributor. So, aside from the ignition coil, your ignition system is self contained in the distributor. Meaning that you have to replace the entire thing to replace the module. I found a forum that covers some troubleshooting steps you can take to determine of this is the problem or not: https://www.fordforums.com/threads/95-probe-gt-startup-problems.311800/
Here is a wiring diagram for your engine controls as well:

Manual transmission wont go in gear

You have a clutch slave cylinder failure and the reservoir is empty. Replace the slave cylinder and bleed the air of the system after refilling the reservoir.

Burning rubber smell after driving 5 miles in 2005 ford escape, also check engine light stays on

Could it be your clutch? It could be slipping., Revving higher than it should when changing gear? Put it in a higher gear when driving at a slow speed like 20 if it is revving when you put your foot to the floor but the speed is not matching it. The clutch could be on its way out.

My 95 ford probe has a hard time going into gear i push the clutch in and try to put it into first i sometimes can but mustly i really gotta force it to go into first and the rest of the gears as well

Sounds like there is likely a master cylinder or slave cylinder leak. These are the two that push the hydraulic fluid to the clutch mechanism and sequentially the slave cylinder after getting the pressure of the forced fluid to it from the master, it forces the rod out of it the move the clutch mechanism so that the clutch engages and disengages the engine/trans.
also check if you have a brake line leak as the brake fluid reservoir shares its fluid with the clutch master cylinder. If enough of the fluid is being drained out of the brake reservoir so that you are pumping air into the clutch slave cylinder, but still have enough in the reservoir to have the brakes working, then you should check that as well. I however think its likely either the clutch master or slave.

No clutch pressure in pedal

Something isn't put together right or is out of adjustment. At the very least, a spring should be keeping the pedal up.

When you "bled the lines" did you also bled through the slave cylinder?
