A fuel pump failure will usually set no engine codes and you may get no ... First does it crank, if it does then check to see if the fuel injectors are getting fuel.....could be a fuel pump...

second....if there is nothing when you turn the key and the battery is good and the starter was replaced...it could be a bad ground.....thats the ground coming off your battery and goes to your chassis of the car.........let me know how you make out.

are the injectors firing? what motor? does it have a timing belt?

have control module checked when no start condition present.

First, try to jump start in, if that does not work, next check the battery cables going to the starter, if they are secure and in good condition, you need to have your starter tested. The problem could either be the starter or the solenoid.

Can't guarantee it but, a fluid & filter change is a good place to start. Make sure you use mopar ATF 4 fluid.

U have a defective starter solenoid, u can repair it with new internal contacts or just replace it.
