If the power steering has stopped working, the most likely suspect is the 60amp fuse located under the hood, it controls the steering motor.

The HHR does not use power steering fluid; it has an electric power steering motor which is mounted on the steering column under the dash. The motor has no adjustment and no maintenance is required. If you are having problems with the power steering failing you will need to contact the dealer.

How to put on the pwer steering belt???????

Hi there? If the old belt is still in there make a note where the belt goes so you know where the new belt goes. there should be a small pulley with a 16 mill bolt. Turn it clockwise to release the tension on the belt. make sure that the spanner don't slip and pinch your fingers, please be carefull.
Good luck.

It is leaking power stering fluid and i cant find from where

Hi
Follow the pipes by hand from the power steering pump to the steering rack, you should get an oil deposit on your hand where the leak is. hope this works. check the pump it self for any leaks.it could also be the seals of the steering rack and into the steering bellows and it won`t show you the leak at least until now.

Passat 2002 v6 steering fluid deposit

Oops, sorry about that.....

The power steering fluid reservoir is located just behind the drivers (LHD) headlight, just forward of the washer fluid reservoir.

The reservoir has a green cap on it and a plastic trim panel to conceal the sides, it is circled here:
