Undo the nut by locking the bar with the socket on into the chassis ,then turn the starter motor over .,if pulley will not slid back with two big screwdrivers then use an pulley extractor

i presume that you mean the crankshaft keyway, really when this damages, the tolerance is wrecked and the crank needs to be repaired and remachined, or failure will happen really fast...
This requires cam belt(s) removal in order to access the seal behind the crank pulley/balancer. The front of engine comes apart including all belts, covers,pulleys and gears.Do fully understand there is special cam timing marks when setting back up ....look for three small dashes 30 degrees or so from tdc (zero) timing marks on the back flywheel

Well this sounds like the rubber is broke that connects pulley to hub... This is called a vibration dampner the crankshaft pulley has to be replaced it is attatched by bolt and can only be installed one way ... Hope this solves your problem.....Good Luck
I had the same symptoms. I had to count the correct number of teeth from the crankshaft pulley to the cam pulley marks.It is a different number of teeth to each pulley.It turns out that I was off by one or two teeth on one cam.
