Look at the end of the dash and between the drivers side door for a second fuse panel. I think everything you mention works on one data bus. You can remove the button pad on the drivers door. Since it gets used all th3 time i# might have gone bad messing up the works.

I have a 1988 GMC pickup, should be simular,my windows are power windows, the switches can be carfully removed ,(which will have to be done),by depressing clips holding them in carefully tilt them out. remove wires noting where they go on switch . remove two screws from arm rest, located underneath arm rest.if you have manual windows there is a wire like clip inserted into a slot in crank handle holding it on to the regulator shaft, you may be able to get it with a screwdriver, but you can get a tool from part store that works much better. after that gently work around the door pannel with flat screwdriver poping the plastic retainers out of the door, be carefull not to rip them out of the pannel. I hope this helps!
The fuse to the door locks are good if the windows work. The windows are on the same fuse at the door locks. If the door locks are not working, did they both quit at the same time? I bet not.
Passenger side of the fender under the hood - check the fuse relay box - about $12.00 a piece - they do go bad from time to time.
exchange the power lock relay with another one and test the locks.
then put the relay back and go to the autostore.
Get a can of electrical cleaner or brake cleaner, and take your switches apart and clean them. 9 times out 10 that's all you need, especially a truck that old, they are bound to be dirty, and not making connection.
If you look at the fuse panel there are two silver 30 amp fuses on the right side or there should be. they are in the blocks marked POWER with the arrows pointing to the right. One is for the windows the other is for the power door locks. Not sure which is which try both hope this helps.
