Here is what I have tried so far. Replace timing belt 10,000 miles ago, bench tested fuel pump. replace throddle & cam shafte sensor, crank shaft position sensors, two ecu's, check relays and fuses, charged & check battery. Tried to start with starting fluid in intake manifold. There appears to be no voltage on the fuel pump fuse on cranking. Showing a P0560 code.
P0560 is system voltage problem. open or short between the battery positive and the ecm.CHECK ALL FUSES. dosnt matter what they are labeled under dash and under hood replace any that are bad and retry to start. no start then check voltage to ecm grounds to. i dont have a wireing diagram to give you but for a small fee or free the dealer can make you a copy.make sure all the wires that go to battery terminals are not corroded and are making good contact [verified with volt meter]. if after all checks ok then replace ecm. as a side note i havent had to change one ever.
Testimonial: "Thank you for the help. We will continue to check all fuses and wires."
Is there voltage to all the other fuses? It sounds like the ignition switch, would you like a repair manual? If so I have one
Testimonial: "It cranks with starter fluid we have a repair manual. Thanks for the help."
repair manual,,,,,[email protected]
Remove the fuel filter, and see if the fuel is shooting out of the line,if it is not, then it could be the fuel pump.I have a repair manual if you like I can find the fuel pump circuit, and try and send it,but I may have to send it on my email
please send me the repair manual

Update: I have changed the ECM/ECU it now fires with starting fluid but will not stay running. Suspect it is the fuel pump.
the ecu fuses went out ever time I start the car what can it be
