Heater/ac blower will not shut off when turning ignition off 2004 volvo v70 without removing 30amp fuse. then after reinstalling 30 amp fuse blower doesn't want to come back on

These car have a feature that runs the fan for a few minutes after you turn off the car to dry out any moisture in the A/C coils to prevent smells.

Does the fan turn off after about 5 minutes?

My friend has a 2001 Volvo station wagon, and there is no fuse box diagram on the inside of the fuse box cover

Check to see if the electric fan cam unplugged. Or see if the electric fan is working.

Heater won't work, ac doesn't work, seat heater won't work, ac fan won't work.

Checked the fuses of course? If the fuses are OK, take it to be repaired.

2001 Volvo Fan - Unrealiable

Most likely the heater motor. To check tap the heater motor with it switched on if it starts blowing then thats the problem. to fix it's best to replace it I have tried to fix them and will work again until the next bump then they stopped again. It could also be a bad connection but this is unlikely as it won't come on at any setting. Cheers

My 2001 volvo v70 lower center console has stopped working.

Had the same problem. Wiring harness (under the driver's seat) junction had come loose. Pulled apart, cleaned, put back together, everything works fine.

2001 volvo V70 T5 Problems

Had this same problem with a 2001 v70. Dealer needed to download new software to the computer. Took about 20 minutes and solved the problem. (The problem happened at 10 degrees below zero and I went in to see if they could tell me where the fuses for those circuits were located.)

Unfortunately the sofware re-load was not cheap.
