Any part should be tested before it's replaced. coil not the problem I would be asking for a refund or change my mechanic . When the check engine light stays on the fault is set and code can be read out ,when flashing a fault was inter mitten and not yet set as a fault code . fault should show while driving with a scan tool enabled.

How to replace a fog light bulb on a 2004 Toyota Camry

Video Description
The video above shows how to change the fog light bulb in your 2004 Toyota Camry. Not all models have fog lights - for many Toyotas, it depends on your trim level (XLE) or whether the fog light option was ordered when your Camry was manufactured. Fog lights are typically in the front bumper, below the headlight cluster and are helpful in poor visibility. If one fog light is burnt out on your Camry, we recommend changing both bulbs because the working bulb will be dimmer than the one you replaced and will likely burn out soon anyway.

When you change the foglight on your Camry, be careful not touch the glass part of the bulb with your fingers which causes the bulb to burn out earlier.

Have 2000 Toyota Camry XLE. Check Engine light appears. Code shows P1035 for Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 being defective. Replaced sensor. Cleared computer code. Let engine idle for 30 minutes before...

What your asking, is how to make a malfunction light
go away from your dash, so you can forget you have a
problem & make no attempt to repair the car

Until you find & resolve active OBD2 Codes that actually set
a MIL or Check Lamp it will keep coming back

Every time you clear a code you have to run a drive cylce in
some cases to start the procees over, as you need those codes
to diagnose the issues

The codes that are there, do not tell you what to replace

Without writing a book here, just study OBD Systems online &
take the car to a repair shop

It is beyond your ability at this time to figure out

Is it coming from the driver side, passenger side, front or rear of the engine? It could be a cam or crank seal if it is coming from the passenger side behind the plastic timing cover.

1995 toyota camry xle v6 3.0

When was the last time it was tuned up? Since you did not mention any "check Engine" light coming on, I assume that it is off. What I would do is check the plugs, replace them if worn, replace the plug wires if they are older than 5 years; check/replace the air filter. Not much else to do/check until you have the engine in a good state of tune; BTW, if you change the plugs, get the new ones at a Toyota dealer. I have a Camry V6, and when I put non-Toyota plugs in it, it ran worse. Toyota platinums made a 100% difference.
