you remove the radiator by taking off the under bumper closing panel.held in place by several torx screws which are normally very siezed. and the radiator support beam.4 bolts. and the coolant hoses. it comes out from the underside. depending which model xtype you have you may have to release the oil coolers, ie. auto box and power steering.from the radiator. fixings are accessed through the front bumper trim. if its a diesel the intercooler also has to be released. hope this helps.

remove rear mudflaps if fitted, remove screws from rear of wheel arch liners. two 19mm headed bolts from underside of bumper, be warned they sieze and a lot of force will destroy the bumper mounts and the bumper beam not cheap to repair.

Front bumper requires removal to gain acsess to the lower 10mm bolts. Bumper comes off by removing the 2 10mm bolts on the top of the bumper then unscrew the 2 T30 screws in the front wheel arch liner (bumper side) and then you will be able to see a 10mm bolt reversed into a bracket at the top of the bumper from a inside veiw, remove and repeat for the other side. Then its 3 10mm bolts that secure the front under tray (if yours has one). Then there will be another 10mm bolt to the wing side of the headlamp from a above veiw. Bumper should then just pull off and watch for the connector for the fog lamp harness.

Just the 2 lower headlamp bolts andit should pull from its housing

Remove the bumper and it wiil be held in by 4 10mm nuts. 2 on the top and 2 on the rear

there are to metal clamps on the back of the headlamp assembly and remove the cover
