Can I put a 3.5 1999 Chrysler 300 Into a 2001 Alero? Will it line up and fit

You are asking if a Chrysler engine bolt up in a General Motors car? Not a change in the world. And even if you could you'd never find the ECM modification to make it work!

Can the crankshaft position sensor on a 2006 chrysler 300 3.5L prevent the crankshaft from fully rotating?

Why are you asking that question?

You know if the timing belt, crank & cam gears are not set correctly,
that the valves will hit the pistons & the motor won't turn

How hard is it to change a timing belt in a 99 chrysler 300m?

It's not a kinde of job that can do every one like change the tire. Change the timing belt can do only impressionist, if something is not properly in place can break the engine that will cost more.
Leave to make this work a impressionist.

1999 chrysler 300- how to loosen the timing belt tensioner

You mean you want to take off the belt, or the tensioner? Either way, the tensioner should have a pin hole in the shaft, Get a paper clip or piece of steel that will fit in the pin hole, a pry bar or clamp or something to gently push the plunger shaft back in and then put the paper clip in the keeper hole. now you can remove and put it back in, when it is all set, pull the pin, yours might not be that style, but it might be, you should not be able to move that thing with your fingers, if you can, it is no good. check it out, hope this helps.

JUST CHANGED BATTERY 2 WEEKS AGO AND RED BATTERY LIGHT JUST CAME ON BUT DOESNT STAY ON ALL THE TIME. WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?

Could be altrnator going out, Belt could be slipping due to a weak or bad tensioner, oil on pulleys etc. Take it to your local Advanced or O'Reilly auto parts and they can test the charging system. If nothing checks out bad I would take it to a honest ceritfied shop and have them check everything.

The car cranks but won't start

The crank sensor or Timing belt are two common problems with this car that can cause this. Goodluck
