2001 Hyundai Tiburon. Starts very hard first time of the day, then is fine the rest of the day. Once a week or so won't start at all. Sounds like it isn't getting gas. Have been to the repair shop multiple times and they can't find anything wrong.
Don't know if it applies to your car but modern fuel systems often have a 'cold start' valve that delivers more fuel when the engine is cold. Same function as a choke in earlier cars using a carburetor.
Sounds like the batteries in the remote are nearly out/or key not being reccognised by car(put key in and wait about 5secs before starting)
