Where do i put the brake fluid on a 2006 750LI BMW

Check the break fluid level.

That's a problem. Power steering is a heavy slick fluid, very similar to transmission fluid (my daughter's BMW actually takes ATF fluid in the power steering reservoir). Brake fluid is very thin, solvent-like fluid. I advise getting the system drained, flushed and refilled ASAP.

I would recommend taking the vehicle to an accredited brake and clutch shop and have the pads and discs checked for thickness and condition . They will also have the correct brake fluid for the vehicle .. I would expect that you will need new pads and the discs will need machining to get the best out of the brake job. Discuss this with the service mechanic.

If you are talking about the amber light with the triangle, then it could be part of the abs system, module, wheel sensor ..

you would need to draw the fluid from the reservoir the fill it with fresh fluid then bleed the brakes until fresh fluid comes threw

Standard brake fluid from the parts store shelf...they are all the same (hydralic fluid)..just don't spill any on your paint...it will eat it right off.

Open your hood and look for a small container (5-6 oz) with fluid inside usually close to the front window of the car. On the top it will say Dot 3 fluid only, or something to that effect. This is where your brake fluid goes in. Fill it within 3/4 inch of the top of the "container". You should also check your brakes. It could be your fluid is low, due to your brakes being worn out. Check both front and rear.
