Inside the trunk you will have to pull back the carpet and a the carpet material behind the tail light assembly should have nuts 2-4. once these are removed the assembly can be removed from the outside. Just turn the light socket and replace the bulb.

for the brake lamp stays on.... try replace all the brake lightbulbs as maybe one of the bulbs is about to blow which resulted in higher resistance.
for door ajar stays on.... check all doors, bonnet switch. either one of them is on close loop.

Remove the tire and the brake drum. Get a big hammer and smack it out. Put in the new one, draw it in with the lug nut. Put brake drum back on, put tire back on, fixed.

on the 1992 Accord you have to remove the hub and bearing assembly in order to remove the brake rotor, you will have to remove the steering knuckle in order to get access to the brake rotor.

you would need to take the WHOLE system from another honda ...ALL OF IT ...it would be better to buy another car......
you CANNOT just replace the rear break/axle system.

Problem with the left side brake light

Check your ground connections. If you're burning out bulbs all the time, it's usualy due to a bad ground. Remove the rear fender plasic inside panels and follow the bulb harness to the ground connection. Check for corrosion, if found, clean and use dielectric grease of the ground connection.

Looks as though you have earthing problems.
I would make sure that the earthing is O.K on flasher and brake.
You would then find your symptom disappear.
