Check VEH STOP fuse in the instrument panel fuse box. If good, check for battery voltage in the bulb connector on the light blue wire with lights on. If no voltage, check for voltage in the rear junction box. Pull connector 4 and check for voltage on the terminal that connects to the light blue wire. If not voltage, you'll have to check the harness between the rear junction block and the underhood fuse block
SOURCE: 2003 YUKONXL 2ND SEAT DOES NOT SLIDE ON TRACK,
It sounds like one or more of the release cables came undone from your lever. Lift the lever, inspect all around it, look under the seat where the track is. There should be a small round cable that runs from your handle down to the release. Also there may be a thin wire that runs from the left side to the right side. If you find it and reconnect it you should be golden.
Good Luck!

Sam,
I would start with a transmission fliud and filter service.
I would then have the trasnmission checked out by a transmission shop. The transmission most of the time has the direct drum band is starting to go. The shops can rebuild it no problem, This is a very common failure wiith the trasnmission.
Good Luck
