Not enough info to properly answer but the battery in the remote might be dying and causing it to malfunction!

Remote died and the alarm keeps going off, replaced battery to remote and the alarm is still going off

Try having the key in the 'on' position then disconnect the engine battery for two minutes , reconnect and check system.

Toyota tundra keyless remote will not program

You have to go to a toyota dealer service centre to program the remote. But I am sure you are well aware of that.

Hi, I have a 1995 Toyota 4runner... That said, I'm

Well if they were able to cut this wire, I am assuming they were able to get into the car? But if your dad can open the hood and take the negative wire cable off of the battery then he can bridge the wire that was cut, hopefully.

He will need a small wire clamp kit that they can get at an AutoZone or Atuo Parts store. After he fixes the wire that was cut, he will need to disconnect the positive wire cable from the battery and then reconnect both of them. that should keep the alarm from going back off, however it may reset the system. Either way if he has the spare remote they should be back in business and can get your care moved and the alarm to work again.

Good Luck!

Disable alarm without remote on hyundai 2003 XG350L

You must have a spare key. When your alarm is going off have your key in the ignition, wait it out. When your alarm stops in approximately 30 seconds keep the key in the ignition exit the vehicle and lock the doors (don't forget your spare key). Go to the passenger door with the spare key and unlock the doors and turn the key that you left in the ignition and it should start right up. Just worked for me.

I can not get my alarm to turn off without the remote, and my remote just died. The battery is still good, but I can't get the remote to work. If I try to manually open the door, the alarm goes off and...

First what car is this, please?

Is the alarm a factory item, or a retro-fit?

Why have you not yet asked at least a qualified workshop, if not a main dealer?

Battery in the remote died and now the alarm keeps going off when we try to do anything. we replaced the battery in the remote but the car won't start and the alarm keeps going on

When the alarm goes off, it disables the starter circuit. You'll want to have your key fob (remote) checked for proper operation at an authorized Hyundai Service Department. If you inserted the new battery in backwards, the remote will not work. It also needs to be the remote originally programmed for the vehicle.
