Well on the instrument panel the diagrams are not easy to read unless you are an electronics expert so it will be of no help the diagram but hands on yes remove 4 screws on the panel take it out carefully and it has little light contacts sticking out the back take them out and go to auto parts store buy new light bulbs and replace them take the bulbs with you for refrance

2001 Mazda Tribute ES broke down and I got a jump. Now my OBDII port, dome lights, cruise control, and radio have quit working!

You probably need a good auto-electrician, but pull out your multimeter and check all the fuses without removing them. On top of each fuse you will see two contacts. Use the probes on those with the meter set to ohms and check for continuity. I wonder if the Body Control Module is faulty though, in which case sell it at auction all clean, polished and detailed.

Fuse 26 is the door locks. 27 is Audio and Interior Lamps

How to replace instrument panel light buld for 2000 pathfinder

Hi.

You need to undo the instrument cluster to replace the lights. After undoing the screws and removing the trim cover be very careful unplugging connectors at the back. They are quite easy to break. Please refer to diagram below.

I just installed a new stereo in my 2001 mitsubishi galant. Now my dash lights don't work along with the lights by my right arm that illuminate the parking, neutral, and driving states. A rear tail light...

Not to bash on you or anything, but alot of people try to save money and not buy the pigtail for the stereo that will plug into the cars harness and the radio. they start cutting wires and start haveing other problems. The stores should push more to purchase these pigtails. now days everything in your car is a computer. even your instrument panel is a computer. cut the wrong wire and let it short and you have problems. you may have to replace the instrument panel to fix your problem. you can have it checked at a shop

Intrument cluster /controls lights not working.

Its all guess work without actually seeing the car in person. Unless you know how to take the steering coluum apart and test things and have a scanner and multimeter and wiring diagrams your not going to be able to work on this yourself

Fuse Problems

Could be tail fuse, fuse block located on inside drivers side close to hood lock. Are your instrument panel lights on?If they are it's not the fuse, you know there is an adjustment switch above radio towards drivers door that adjust how dim or bright your instrument lights are.Lastly it could be a bulb that burned out under shifter casing.
